How it works
Five steps, all in writing, at whatever pace suits you. You can stop and come back at any point — nothing is sent to a creditor until you sign.
- Step 01
Build an honest budget
Type your income and bills, or upload bank statements and payslips and let the reader fill them in. Everything follows the Standard Financial Statement, so creditors recognise the format straight away.
- Step 02
See where the money goes
A clear chart shows your average monthly income against your essential bills, with the averaging method printed underneath so it stands up as evidence.
- Step 03
List everyone you owe
Add each creditor by name, or pick from the UK creditor directory. You can also photograph a demand letter, fine or credit report and have it read for you — nothing is added to your list until you tick it.
- Step 04
Sign once
Whatever is left after essentials is split fairly between your creditors, in proportion to what each is owed. If that comes to five pounds a month, five pounds is the offer. You sign one authorisation and we write to all of them.
- Step 05
Watch the responses come in
Each creditor gets a secure link to accept and return their own Direct Debit details. You see who has accepted, who is still thinking, and what is due next — all without phoning anybody.
What we cannot promise
Creditors are not obliged to accept an offer. They may keep adding interest and charges, or take further action, and entering a repayment plan can affect your credit file. We give you information and well-drafted letters, not regulated debt advice — read everything before you send it, and take free advice if you are unsure.
